Film Review: Original Polaroid 600 (expired 07/09)
Like many people, I was cleaning out an office and I discovered a few Polaroid cameras and two packs of unopened ORIGINAL Polaroid 600 film. On eBay one pack frequently goes for $30 or more. Since I am a photographer, the pack would be used by me - not sold. At the time I used it, it was expired but the great Polaroid colors held up well. The only reason that the photos had a purple color to them was because the shots were taken in the Winter month of January and it was not even 30F...brrrrrrrrr. Of course, there were a few photos that came out with undeveloped patches but that is par for the course and even happens with newly produces instant films. If I could find more Polaroid 600 film, I'd be very happy to use it BUT, i won't pay $30 pack so I use other available replacements.

Yes, another New Years Resolution!
I hope to make 2012 a year that I frequently post to this blog. I've stockpiled a bunch of instant film so expect some instant photos on expired Spectra Softtone Film, Polaroid Chocolate film, Fujifilm Instax 210 film, Fujifilm pack film and a variety of Impossible Project instant films.
Some of the cameras I intend on using to create these instant photographs include a Polaroid OneStep Close-Up, Polaroid Spectra SE, Polaroid SX-70 (of course), Polaroid Colorpack 2 and Fujifilm Instax 210.
